  3. Help the Colon Moves Exercise: In the sitting position, cross the left knee over the right knee, clasp your hands over the knee, press the crown of the head up, elongate the spine, raise the pelvic floor, bring the torso forward, and strongly pull the knee toward the body, which works on the lower part of the descending colon. Repeat on the other side.
