2. Swimming Dragon Qigong Exercise 


The second exercise is called Swimming Dragon. This exercise is designed to promote circulation and invigorate energy throughout the body. To perform this exercise, individuals should stand with their feet shoulder-width apart and their hands by their chest. They should then push their hands over to the left side and turn their head to the right. Next, they should push their hands to the right and turn their head to the left. As they do this, they should also bend their knees and shift their weight to the side they are pushing their hands. This exercise can promote strength, flexibility, and resiliency.


3. Pull Down the Heavens Qigong Exercise 


Pull Down the Heavens Qigong is a simple yet effective exercise that can help improve overall health and vitality. This qigong practice involves a sequence of gentle movements that are synchronized with deep breathing to promote the flow of energy throughout the body.


The first movement of this qigong practice is the raising of the arms while inhaling. This movement is accompanied by the visualization of pulling down the heavens to bring in energy, vitality, health, and longevity.
